Following my
first two trips to China I was approached by a generous and talented fellow
artist - painter Carl Roehrig
(known to his friends as "Pablo") from Hamburg, Germany who enjoys contemporary
sculpture and wanted to give me an opportunity to exhibit.
Working title: "Chinese Couple I"
Working title: "Chinese Couple II" Other work for the show included cold cast resin copies of all of the Chinese sculpture portraits I made during the 2001 China Changchun International Sculpture Symposium and other compositions using fragments of my Chinese portraits. |
