Mr. Warburton had seen my advertisement as a sculptor in 'Country Life' magazine. He was the sort of commission one dreams about asking me just 3 questions: how much will it cost? how long will it take? when can you start?


Graciously received in his home in a beautiful area of moors, hills and valleys, in the company of his wife, his two daughters and himself, I discovered the delightful taste of Yorskhire fare in several excellent local pubs and restaurants.
