I felt privileged a few years ago to be asked
to create a bust of Mrs Margaret Lomas - a truly warm and dynamic great
lady in Devon. I set off in my car (at that time a vintage 2CV) with
sculpture stand, tools and clay and had a fantastic few days in the
company of the lady, her husband and the assorted company involved.
